------2009 YIDU Group Graduates Training

The 8-day 2009 YIDU Group graduates training started on Oct. 16th at Dalian headquarter. This training targets on human oriented talents team construction, focusing on newly graduates, to exploit their potentialities and combine with our company’s business, reserve talents for company’s future scope expanding and business development.

This training was organized by HR Dept. of YIDU Group towards 11 graduates. During this period, company structure introduction, system introduction, and big events video review give them a better understanding towards this company; business etiquette training promotes their social ability; business career planning training teaches them how to plan their own career; and outward bound and games playing bring them together into a real team……

After this training, the graduates will be arranged at different positions in different cities of Haerbin, Changchun, Shenyang, Guangzhou, Shanghai, Beijing, and Dalian. After this, company will continue this training system, enrich training content, and take talents training as an important task to complete.

2009 graduates training is only the beginning of our talent strategy. Talents evaluation, position assessment and interchange, etc. will be adopted to choose the most appropriate talents for company. At the same time, cultivate the generalist talents to actualize a double talents reserve both on quality and quantity. Cultivate young talents team and firstly allocate them at the sales dept. and market dept. to get a better practice and promote their general ability and gradually shape our own high level talents.
